Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS), part of Lennox International, is seeking a capable HVAC Technician for commercial systems installation, maintenance and service across our service footprint. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and coordinate with management on repairs and safety actions.

The role requires 2–6 years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA Type I/II or Universal certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–6 years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification - Type I & Type II or Universal required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform physical tasks.
• Moderate lifting (up to 90 lbs).
• Complete pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Technical aptitude to maintain, service, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and self-schedule; willing to work weekends/nights.
• NATE certification is a plus; local travel required.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic, non-complex HVAC problems; refer complex issues to senior techs.
• Utilize experience to determine service requirements and safety actions.
• Advise manager of inspections performed and actions needed.
• Work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain safe work practices and adhere to safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned andFlexibility for overtime/weekends.
