Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC seeks an HVAC TI Estimator/Assistant Project Manager to join our Orange County, CA team. The role focuses on creating competitive quotes, bidding on projects, and supporting Senior PMs from concept through turn-key delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors and clients, preparing proposals, and analyzing energy models while ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HVAC PM/Estimating and/or Sales experience.
• Familiar with California Building Codes.
• Knowledge of Timberline, MS Excel, BlueBeam and QuickPen.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings with subcontractors and vendors.
• Build accurate and winning quotes/estimates for upcoming projects.
• Make sales calls on existing and new clients.
• Create proposals/submittals outlining the SOW (scope of work).
• Assist Senior Project Managers from concept to turn-key.
• Calculate ROI and analyze energy models.
• Manage schedule, billings, and ensure projects are completed on-time and under budget.
