Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC in Orange County, CA is seeking a Chief HVAC Estimator to help us build accurate, winning estimates for the HVAC wet and dry portions of our projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will review final estimates, mentor and train senior and junior estimators, and apply advanced knowledge of Trimble Accubid/Quickpen, Title 24 requirements, and OSHPD on large commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of HVAC estimating for large commercial projects.
• 10+ years of HVAC estimating experience on large commercial projects.
• Knowledge of Title 24 requirements, OSHPD, among others.

Responsibilities

• Review final estimates before they are submitted.
• Mentor, hire, and train senior and junior HVAC estimators.
