Qualifications

• 9+ years of estimating experience on large commercial HVAC projects.
• Knowledge of OSHPD and state building codes preferred.
• Plan & Spec and Design/Build project experience.

Responsibilities

• Estimate projects and major buyouts for HVAC with profitability in mind.
• Build effective, profitable winning bids for upcoming projects.
• Manage HVAC Estimating Department and mentor Jr/Mid-Level Estimators.
