Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking a Texas-based HVAC TI Project Estimator for a full-time role with strong benefits. The candidate will develop quotes, analyze ROI and energy models, and coordinate meetings with subcontractors and vendors.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction and have 5+ years of HVAC estimating experience. Proficiency with Timberline, QuickPen/Accubid, BlueBeam, and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC estimating experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction or similar preferred.
• Knowledge of State HVAC Codes and estimating software.
• Ability to analyze ROI and energy models.

Responsibilities

• Calculate ROI and analyze energy models.
• Make sales calls to existing and new clients.
• Attend meetings with subcontractors and vendors.
• Build accurate quotes/estimates for upcoming projects.
• Create proposals and submittals outlining the SOW.
• Manage schedule, billings, and ensure on-time, under-budget delivery.
