Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Construction or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience with a Mechanical/HVAC contractor.
• Familiarity with California Building Code.
• Experience with BlueBeam, MS Project, Excel, QuickPen/Accubid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Find, estimate and manage HVAC construction projects (wet and dry).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with GCs and Owners.
• Select and monitor subs to ensure performance and compliance.
• Secure best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
