Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, Electrical, Piping, Hydronic systems and pumps, Boiler systems, and Controls.
• EPA, Equipment & Mechanical Certifications.
• Strong technical background.
• Prior field and/or engineering knowledge and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with building owners and general contractors to grow business development on TI’s and Service Contracts.
• Build accurate, winning, and profitable quotes for upcoming projects.
• Create value engineering ideas and strategies to stand out from competition.
