Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking an HVAC TI Project Manager to lead large mechanical and plumbing construction projects. The role focuses on delivering high client satisfaction, building strong relationships with GCs and owners, and driving business development across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years with mechanical contractors on large commercial projects, a Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field, and familiarity with HVAC/Plumbing codes.

• 8+ years of experience with mechanical contractors on large commercial projects.
• Familiar with state building and HVAC/Plumbing codes.

Aufgaben

• Ensure client satisfaction in early phase of upcoming projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors and owners.
• Business development with existing and prospective GCs and owners, plus sub-contractors and MEP designers.
• Manage HVAC construction projects including scheduling, submittals, RFIs, change orders and warranties.
• Review project specs and identify value engineering opportunities to present to clients.
