Job summary

You will collaborate with local reps, maintain forecasts, and manage expenses while advancing customer service and profitability. A driver’s license and HVAC experience are required, with a college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of productive sales experience in HVAC industry; college degree preferred; driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales and account strategies set by management.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with key account decision makers.
• Deliver professional sales presentations and solicit new customers/contractors.
• Maintain sales reports and forecasts and update CRM.
