Mountain West Heat Pumps is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative in Colorado to drive orders from existing and new customers. You will conduct on-site visits, calls, and tailored letters to secure renewals and new sales, ensuring post-sale satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, HVACR familiarity, and the ability to handle field conditions. A valid Colorado driver’s license is essential; training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum direct sales experience with a proven record of closing deals.
• Experience in HVACR or building service fields.
• Excellent oral and written communication across residential, commercial and industrial customers.
• Physical ability to conduct sales work-ups on job sites and in adverse weather.
• Colorado driver’s license; insurable by current Mountain West Heat Pumps insurer.
• Self-motivated, extrovert, organized and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Secure orders and renewals from existing customers via on-site visits, calls, and letters.
• Acquire orders from potential customers through on-site visits, calls, and letters.
• Follow up after sale to ensure satisfaction and completed agreements.
• Maintain relations with Operations and Admin to stay aware of services and roles.
• Keep liaison with product reps and local suppliers for product knowledge and promotions.
• Develop sales skills and HVACR knowledge through training and self-study.
