Job summary

DAIKIN COMFORT TECHNOLOGIES NORTHEAST, I is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to plan, develop, and grow a volume-driven network of ~50 target and core dealers within the assigned territory in New Jersey. You will promote COD products and services, manage dealer relationships, and drive revenue and margin growth.

The role requires strong sales skills, HVAC product knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with dealers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in HVAC or related industry.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; organized and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, maintain, develop, and grow a base of ~50 target/core dealers.
• Sign up dealers within the assigned territory.
• Communicate product launches, services, prices, programs and discounts to dealers.
• Maintain sales revenue and gross margin; keep accurate CRM call history.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to increase sales in branches within territory.
• Develop remedial action plans to meet or exceed sales targets weekly.
