Stevens Equipment Supply, a part of Daikin Industries, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Bismarck, ND area. You will plan and grow a base of ~50 dealers, sign up new dealers, and drive sales with a focus on product launches, pricing, and promotions. Travel up to 30% within territory is expected.

You’ll work with branch managers to expand sales, maintain CRM records, and deliver strong revenue growth while upholding customer service standards daily.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within HVAC.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong customer interaction.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, maintain, develop, and grow a dealer network within territory.
• Target and sign-up dealers including A Plus Dealers.
• Build sales through communication about products, services, and discounts.
• Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin.
• Keep accurate call history in the CRM system.
