Job summary

US Air Conditioning Distributors LLC is seeking a driven HVAC Territory Manager for residential and light commercial sales in Visalia, CA. You will grow existing accounts and recruit new York Dealers, representing a Bosch-owned HVAC equipment distributor with strong regional reach.

You’ll develop partnerships with contractors, sign new dealers, and collaborate with teams to deliver solutions. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of sales, HVAC preferred, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience, HVAC preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and retention.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand needs and present solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve issues.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights to clients.
• Participate in industry events to expand presence and identify leads.
• Other duties as directed.
