Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking an HVAC Territory Manager to own and grow our Cleveland market. This field-based role builds strong relationships with residential and light commercial contractors, identifies opportunities, and delivers equipment solutions with a consultative approach.

You will work with branch teams, vendors, and internal specialists to quote accurately and fulfill orders. The role offers base plus uncapped commissions, auto allowance, company phone and laptop, and a T&E

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of outside sales or customer-facing experience in HVAC, construction, building materials, or related industry.
• Exposure to HVAC equipment, systems, and contractor workflows with ability to learn quickly.
• Experience selling to residential and/or light commercial contractors; dual-trade exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow an assigned HVAC territory by building strong contractor relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
• Serve as a consultative partner by understanding contractor workflows and goals, recommending HVAC equipment and solutions.
• Collaborate with branch teams, vendor partners, and internal specialists to ensure accurate quoting and reliable fulfillment.
• Analyze territory performance and market trends to implement effective sales strategies.
