Ferguson is seeking a driven HVAC Territory Manager to support and grow our HVAC business across the Harrisonburg market. This field-based, customer-facing role focuses on building strong contractor relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering solutions that help customers run profitable, efficient businesses.

You'll be backed by Ferguson's national scale, supply chain strength, and vendor partnerships, with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and an estimated total

Qualifikationen

• 2–3+ years in outside sales or customer-facing role within HVAC/related industry.
• Experience selling to residential and/or light commercial contractors.
• Exposure to HVAC equipment, systems, and contractor workflows.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• General digital proficiency including CRM tools and Office.

Aufgaben

• Own and grow an assigned HVAC territory by building relationships with residential and light commercial contractors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
• Serve as a consultative partner by understanding contractor workflows and recommending HVAC equipment and solutions.
• Collaborate with branch teams, vendor partners, and internal specialists to ensure accurate quoting and fulfillment.
• Analyze territory performance, market trends, and competitive activity to implement sales strategies.
• Maintain pipeline and customer activity in CRM tools.
• Build product knowledge and stay up to date on HVAC technologies and regulatory changes.
