Meier Supply Co., Inc. seeks a passionate Territory Manager to grow our residential HVAC presence in Hartford and Chicopee. You’ll build long-term dealer relationships, promote LG Ductless, Ecoer and Weatherking, and represent top brands in a supportive, employee-owned culture.

This role offers a 4-day client call schedule, competitive base pay with generous commissions and a sign-on bonus after 90 days, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and ESOP.

Competenze

• 3+ years in outside sales or new customer development, HVAC preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC products, sales tactics and market dynamics.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Mansioni

• Build dealer and contractor relationships, promoting LG Ductless, Ecoer, Weatherking products.
• Grow sales with existing dealers and onboard new ones.
• Maintain a strategic prospect list, analyze competitors, communicate value proposition.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive annual sales plan for the region.
• Maintain a 4-day call schedule and use CRM to track activities.
