Job summary

Williams Distributing Co. & Shoemaker Inc. Divisions of Daikin Comfort Technologies North America, Inc. is seeking a dedicated HVAC Territory Sales Manager to strengthen our dealer network across Michigan, Ohio and Indiana.

You will plan, organize, and grow a volume-driven base of 50 target dealers, promote COD products, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with branch managers to boost sales and margins. Strong communication and product knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience preferably within the HVAC industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong relationship building and customer service with sales planning.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, maintain, develop, and grow a base of approximately 50 target and core dealers.
• Target and sign-up Dealers within assigned territory.
• Build sales through communication about product launches, services, prices, programs and discounts.
• Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin.
• Maintain an accurate call history within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to increase sales within the branches within territory.
• Develop remedial action plans to meet or exceed targets weekly.
• Be the channel expert on features, benefits, and design guidelines for products.
• Ensure accounts have information on promotions, billing, returns, etc.
