LeoForce, North America's premier HVAC ductwork manufacturer, seeks a Territory Sales Manager in Columbus, OH. You will drive territory growth, build strategic partnerships, and manage a robust pipeline to exceed sales targets.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in HVAC sales, strong relationship-building, and the ability to collaborate with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of outside sales experience in HVAC, sheet metal, mechanical contracting, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success developing new business and expanding accounts.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and ductwork.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth and develop a strategic business plan.
• Identify new opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Build partnerships with contractors, distributors, and engineers.
• Forecast revenue and manage territory profitability.
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
