Qualifications

• 7+ years outside sales experience in HVAC, sheet metal, mechanical contracting, or related industries.
• Strong success in developing new business and growing existing accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth and develop a strategic business plan to increase market share and revenue.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with contractors, distributors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and manage customer relationships across the territory.
• Support project opportunities from specification through installation and collaborate with estimating, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
