Trane Technologies, a world leader in climate solutions, is seeking an on-site HVAC service technician to support our customers in Jacksonville, FL.

You will commission, troubleshoot, repair and start up HVAC systems at customer sites, using air conditioning theory, pipe fitting and mechanical layouts. The role offers access to training, safety programs and clear career paths with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• HVAC experience with EPA certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand on-site installation and repairs.
• Serve as direct customer contact and diagnose/repair equipment on site.
• Use software/tools and hand tools to diagnose and repair units following blueprints or specs.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends, including occasional overnight stays.
• Maintain safety standards and accountability of assets.
