Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC experience.
• Current universal refrigeration license and/or other trade licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Operates, monitors, and maintains building systems including HVAC setup and balancing.
• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical and electrical components per SOPs and safety rules.
• Manages inventory of tools and spare parts and assists with equipment purchases.
• Interprets blueprints and schematics for accurate troubleshooting and repairs.
• Completes required paperwork and logs readings from equipment.
• Adheres to safety policies and uses PPE as required.
