Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on HVAC experience.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two-year technical degree is preferred.
• Must possess required registrations, licenses and/or certifications as required by the position.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and optimize performance of HVAC systems across multiple equipment types.
• Perform disassembly and reassembly for troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Fulfill service contracts, quoted projects, and service calls profitably.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and explain work performed.
• Participate in technician on-call standby rotation.
• Maintain safety and comply with company vehicle policy.
• Purchase materials and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and inventory on service vehicle.
