Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years hands-on HVAC experience.

• Required registrations, licenses, or certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and optimize performance of HVAC systems (split, mini-split, RTUs, WSHPs, CRACs, chillers, airside equipment).
• Disassemble/reassemble HVAC equipment for troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Fulfill service contracts, projects, and calls while maintaining profitability.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and explain work performed.
