Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• 3 years of experience in building maintenance or HVAC support.
• Ability to read blueprints and operate hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot building systems.
• Inspect equipment daily, weekly, and monthly; train junior mechanics.
• Independently repair or replace motors, pumps, valves, and controls.
• Shut down and service HVAC systems; assist with piping and installation tasks.
• Prepare systems for contractor work and assist with safety procedures.
