Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance operations for multiple MCW buildings.
• Monitor automation systems for temperature, ventilation, and refrigeration.
• Supervise contractors and maintenance personnel.
• Ensure proper equipment operation and correct deficiencies.
• Respond to alarms and system emergencies.
• Prepare daily operation reports to ensure efficient systems operation.
• Train and supervise maintenance mechanics for preventive maintenance and repairs to mechanical systems.
• Participate in personnel selection and conduct performance evaluations.
• Schedule and manage department personnel; place orders and maintain inventory.
