Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services seeks an HVAC Technician I in Warren, OH to support the Facility Maintenance Manager with preventive, corrective and general HVAC maintenance across client sites. You will perform tests, routine rounds, and maintain clean work areas while following safety standards.

Key duties include monitoring chillers, boilers, pumps and refrigeration, recording readings, maintaining manuals and logs, and coordinating with the CMMS Planner to optimize maintenance.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED and formal HVAC training completed
• 21+ years old
• Universal Refrigeration License and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems
• Maintain, install, move, troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment
• Monitor refrigerant systems, boilers, pumps and piping; record readings
• Maintain operating and maintenance logs and manuals
• Ensure safety compliance and accurate documentation
• Assist with chemical water treatment and CMMS coordination
• Support Maintenance Manager in daily tasks and inspections
• Communicate status of service requests to clients and team
