Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Technician to deliver maintenance and repair services across commercial properties. The role includes travel within the territory, use of company van and tools, and hands-on work on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.

The technician will perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance, analyze system data, and provide recommendations. Strong communication with clients and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years HVAC/General Maintenance experience.
• HVAC license or EPA Universal Refrigeration License.
• HS diploma or degree/certification in related trades.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and service on standard HVAC systems and boilers.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and piping issues on commercial systems.
• Complete service inspections and asset inspections as needed.
• Utilize handheld devices to log work orders and report status.
• Maintain safety and compliance with OSHA standards.
