Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. seeks an HVAC Technician to provide preventive and corrective maintenance on light commercial HVAC systems across a geographic territory.

You will travel to multiple client sites in a company van and perform minor carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks as needed. The role requires 5 years of HVAC/general maintenance experience, an EPA Universal Refrigeration License, and a HS diploma or higher.

Qualifications

• HVAC/General maintenance experience of 5 years or more required.
• HS Diploma and HVAC certification or state license preferred.
• Must possess EPA Universal Refrigeration License.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on standard HVAC systems for light commercial customers.
• Diagnose airflow and ducting issues; repair boilers and related components.
• Safe handling of refrigerants in compliance with EPA guidelines.
• Complete service inspections and document work orders; maintain client communications.
