Montech Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to support the DHHS contract in Albuquerque, NM.

The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across complex facilities and healthcare environments, ensuring reliability and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience with direct digital controls and building automation, along with a willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies and enable preventive maintenance

Qualifications

Three years of experience in HVAC roles with similar scope.
Experience with healthcare facility HVAC systems preferred.
Familiarity with NFPA 99, ASHRAE, OSHA requirements.
Valid state driver’s license.

Responsabilités

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC systems.
Install, operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components.
Diagnose and repair control systems (EMCS, DDC).
Conduct seasonal start-up/shut-down of boilers, chillers, AHUs, and VAV systems.
Perform preventive maintenance on hydronic, air distribution, and HVAC chemical treatment systems.
Monitor and adjust building automation systems to meet requirements.
Maintain CMMS records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Perform other duties related to maintenance and operations of facilities systems.
Respond to after-hours emergencies and on-call duties.
