Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our field team. The role involves maintenance, repairs, and installations across residential and commercial properties, with a focus on delivering reliable service and customer satisfaction.

You will operate on-site, bring your own tools and vehicle, and complete a brief onboarding interview to join our network. The position offers a flexible schedule with local assignments and the potential to convert to full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC and appliance repair.
• Own tools and reliable vehicle.
• EPA Certification for HVAC techs (mandatory).
• Must be located in the US.
• Must complete onboarding interview.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues promptly.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge across trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and ability to read schematics.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
