Synergy Preserve LLC in Texas is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our field team. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on a variety of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of HVAC experience, owns essential tools and a reliable vehicle, holds EPA certification, and can work independently with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have HVAC experience with ability to diagnose and repair systems.
• EPA Certification for HVAC technicians required under refrigerant regulations.
• Own tools and a reliable vehicle (truck, van, or SUV) is mandatory.
• Must be located in the US and able to complete onboarding interview.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and installations on HVAC systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
• Respond to work orders, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with contractors as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with clear communication in English.
