Job summary
HES is seeking an HVAC Technician in Chambersburg, PA to perform maintenance, repair and installation on heating and ventilating systems. The role requires expertise in chiller and boiler operation, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and BAS knowledge. A Journeyman HVAC license and 5 years of commercial HVAC experience are preferred.
Benefits include medical, life, dental, vision and 401K. The position is full-time, on-site, with a signing bonus up to $2,000.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- 2-year HVAC training or apprenticeship.
- Journeyman HVAC license and relevant certifications.
- Experience with CMMS and BAS systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate and repair heating and ventilating equipment and controls.
- Perform major and routine maintenance, service, repair and installations.
- Complete scheduled work orders and document equipment status in CMMS.
- Respond to alarms and troubleshoot building automation systems.
- On-call duties and cooperation with other trades as needed.
