Job summary

Capstone Mechanical, LP. is seeking an HVAC Service Technician in Monroe, OH to install and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems including boilers, pumps, chillers, and hydronic components. You will perform tests, analyze data, and provide recommendations to customers.

The role reports to the Service Manager and offers a sign-on bonus up to $3,500 based on experience, with a pay range of $35/hr to $45/hr and a focus on training, stability, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent and 5 years of HVAC level operation, maintenance & repair experience.
Knowledge of HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques, electrical circuits and wiring.
Communicate effectively with internal team and customers.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Diagnose and resolve problems, read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and written material, and perform math.
Ability to use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in Monroe, OH.
Monitor, evaluate, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure safe operation and lifecycle performance.
Inspect and test systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications and locate malfunctions.
Determine customer concerns with their HVAC systems.
Follow safety procedures and keep a clean work area.
Record and report faults and time/materials expended on work orders.
