CoolSys is seeking a Service Tech 4 – HVAC to perform maintenance, repair, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and guide junior technicians to keep systems running efficiently.

We offer competitive pay ($30-$40/hour DOE), sign-on bonuses up to $3,000 per location, paid online training, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and vacation/holidays.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED, equivalent work experience and trade or technical school classes.
• Must have passed Tech Skills level 4 with an 80% or better.
• Valid EPA certificate.

Aufgaben

• Provides service to the customer base by repairing and overhauling equipment, such as compressors, water pumps, air handlers, electrical and mechanical control devices in a safe, efficient and timely manner that exceeds the customer’s expectations.
• Provides repair work on refrigeration, heating and ventilation equipment, such as air conditioning units, evaporative condensers, ice machine equipment, water pumps, gas furnaces, compressors and electric motors in a safe and timely manner.
• Provides preventative maintenance activities for customers by diagnosing equipment malfunction and any operating deficiency of the mechanical equipment to ensure quality work performance for the customer base.
• Provides department support by processing job tickets, work orders to the necessary department in a timely manner.
• Provides necessary training to new or less qualified technicians as needed.
• Maintains proper truck inventory continuously and drives company vehicle in a safe manner.
• Embodies the CoolSys CARES culture (Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Empowerment, Safety).
• Perform s other duties as assigned.
