Job description

HVAC Technician – Facilities Engineering

Technical Source is currently in search of an HVAC Technician who will work within the Facilities Engineering group providing maintenance and support to the HVAC and Utility systems onsite at our clients site in Rocky Mount, NC.

Base Pay Range

$35.00/hr - $42.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Identify deficiencies and functional issues with site HVAC systems performance.
• Complete corrective actions as required to correct deficiencies.
• Coordinate maintenance and installation of HVAC systems including support utilities as directed by the Principal Engineer.
• Read and understand detailed plans and submittals as related to specific HVAC installations of HVAC and support systems equipment and building automation systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance
• 2+ years HVAC maintenance in a pharmaceutical manufacturing GMP environment
• Experience leading/training Jr. Technicians
• Valid EPA 608 Universal license
• Possess skill to understand and execute simple to complex maintenance tasks for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems.
