Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to support multiple commercial client locations around Charlotte, NC. You will operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance, and handle light facility tasks as needed.

The role requires 5–7 years of HVAC experience, EPA 608 certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Travel across customer facilities is expected, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HVAC experience with commercial building systems.
• EPA 608 certification required; EPA Universal Certification strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems with light plumbing, electrical, and general facility maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between multiple facilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and other commercial building systems across multiple customer facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, cleaning, calibration, repairs, and component replacement on HVAC equipment.
• Handle general facility maintenance, including light plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and handyman-related work.
• Travel between multiple customer locations in the Charlotte area while ensuring building systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Record equipment readings, identify problems, make necessary adjustments, and comply with safety procedures and facility standards.
