Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Technician / HVAC to support critical HVAC, utilities, and facility systems in a GMP pharmaceutical environment in Chestnut Ridge, NY. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair RTUs, AHUs, chillers, boilers, pumps, and related controls.

The role requires prior commercial or industrial HVAC experience; pharmaceutical or regulated-manufacturing experience is preferred. You will respond to facility alarms, document work accurately, and collaborate with engineering,

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC and facility utilities in a GMP environment.
• Strong documentation and teamwork with engineering, quality and operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, facility utilities and manufacturing support equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on RTUs, AHUs, chillers, boilers, pumps, compressed air and purified water systems.

Job Details

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, facility utilities, and manufacturing support equipment in a GMP-regulated environment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on RTUs, AHUs, chillers, boilers, pumps, compressed air, purified water, and related controls. Respond to facility alarms, document work accurately, and partner with engineering, quality, and operations to minimize downtime. Prior commercial or industrial HVAC experience is required; pharmaceutical or regulated-manufacturing experience is preferred.
