Job summary

Bob Boldt HVAC, LLC is hiring an HVAC Technician to diagnose and repair residential systems, performing full health assessments on each visit and presenting transparent repair-versus-replace options to homeowners.

You will document findings, enroll clients in our Comfort Club, and keep precise records in ServiceTitan while ensuring vehicle readiness and safety on every route.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Comfortable using iPad and field service software (ServiceTitan or similar).
• U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, ensuring each job is thoroughly tested and documented before completion.
• Conduct comprehensive system health assessments during maintenance visits, providing homeowners with a detailed status report.
• Present clear repair-versus-replace options with transparent pricing, empowering homeowners to make informed decisions.
• Enroll homeowners in our Comfort Club by explaining its benefits, allowing the value to speak for itself.
• Identify potential replacement opportunities and seamlessly transition them to the Comfort Advisor with full context.
• Maintain complete and accurate records in ServiceTitan, including photos, system readings, and job notes, for every call.
• Perform daily inspections of your service vehicle, ensuring all equipment is organized and any issues are promptly reported.

• Your own tools — the company provides equipment.
• ServiceTitan experience specifically — we'll train you on our system.
