Onehourpittsburghpa is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with sales aptitude for residential and light commercial work in Anaheim, CA. You will service, repair, and install systems while driving sales conversions and estimates in our Service Titan app.

We value flexibility, growth, and a collaborative culture. Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 with on-target earnings of $150,000+; strong communication and a clean driving record are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years HVAC technician experience with sales background.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills and technical competence.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Availability nights and weekends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Services, maintains, repairs and installs residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems, troubleshoots malfunctions and determines extent of necessary repairs.
• Creating estimates and converting to SALES in Service Titan mobile app.
• Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job.
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home.
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside.

JOB SUMMARY

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have 3 to 5 years prior background as a Technician in the HVAC industry with Sales experience
• NATE certification preferred
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Availability nights and weekends is a plus.
