What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including air conditioning systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, boilers, and zoning systems.
• Clearly explain system issues so homeowners understand their options.
• Recommend repairs, maintenance improvements, or replacement solutions when appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to improve comfort, reliability, and system performance.
• Maintain professional documentation using ServiceTitan.
• Represent Leonard Splaine professionally inside customers’ homes.

Compensation

$24 – $40 per hour based on experience.
