Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Orange, CA is seeking an experienced HVAC service technician with sales capability to join our residential and light commercial team in Southern California. You will service, repair, and install HVAC systems, accurately estimate needs, and drive sales via the Service Titan app.

We value strong communication, safety, and a proactive mindset. This full-time role offers growth, training, and advancement within a dynamic startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years prior background as a Technician in the HVAC industry with Sales experience.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills and technical competence.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Availability nights and weekends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Services, maintains, repairs and Installs residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
• Creating estimates and converting to SALES in Service Titan mobile app.
• Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside

COMPENSATION

Base salary $70,000-$90,000 with an on target earnings of $150,000+.
