Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of experience in residential HVAC service, though apprentices with solid technical foundations are encouraged to apply.
• Must hold a valid EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and solve problems effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to homeowners.
• A professional attitude that prioritizes the customer's needs and satisfaction.
• A growth-oriented mindset that is receptive to coaching and team collaboration.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving history.
