CLEAResult is hiring a Field Representative to build relationships with retailers, distributors, and HVAC contractors in the Gettysburg region. The role combines remote/home-based work with daily local travel and periodic team meetings at the Bridgeville, PA HQ.

You will promote energy-efficient products, verify POS materials, and support rebate participation while following a structured weekly visit schedule. High school diploma or associate degree required; 0–2 years in related roles preferred.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant retail, merchandising, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or Associate Degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage time independently and follow a structured visit schedule.
• Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Promote energy-efficient products through in-store merchandising, table events, promotions, and training.
• Visit retail stores, distributors, and HVAC contractors on a recurring weekly schedule.
• Verify point-of-sale materials and rebate-eligible product placements.
• Schedule and support promotional events in assigned locations.
• Act as the local, on-site program representative to customers and contractors.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage participation and overcome program barriers.
• Document all customer and contractor interactions per program requirements.
• Travel extensively within the defined Gettysburg region.
