CLEAResult in Gettysburg, PA is seeking an entry-level Field Representative who will work remotely and in the field to promote energy-efficient products, visit retail stores, distributors, and HVAC contractors within a defined territory.

You will build relationships, verify materials, schedule events, document interactions, and travel locally; a high school diploma or associate degree and 0–2 years of customer-facing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant retail, merchandising, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage time independently and follow a structured visit schedule.

Responsibilities

• Promote energy-efficient products through in-store merchandising, table events, promotions, and training.
• Visit retail stores, distributors, and HVAC contractors on a recurring weekly schedule.
• Verify point-of-sale materials and rebate-eligible product placements.
• Schedule and support promotional events in assigned locations.
• Act as the local, on-site program representative to customers and contractors.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage participation and overcome program barriers.
• Document all customer and contractor interactions in accordance with program requirements.
• Maintain current accounts while identifying and onboarding new opportunities.
• Travel extensively throughout a defined territory (Gettysburg region).
