The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of residential HVAC experience, EPA 608 certification, and strong communication skills to partner with leaders and improve technician performance.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of hands-on residential HVAC experience.
• Experience with gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless systems, IAQ, and boiler systems.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification.
• Ability to mentor and train HVAC technicians.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• NATE Certification and HVAC manufacturer certifications are preferred.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software.
• Experience designing training curricula and conducting assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver HVAC training programs for technicians at all experience levels.
• Create curricula, labs, assessments, and certification pathways.
• Conduct classroom and field training sessions.
• Coach and mentor technicians, leads, and supervisors.
• Support onboarding and development programs.
• Train technicians on current HVAC systems and best practices.
• Collaborate with managers to drive technician development and performance.
• Maintain training records and certifications.
