Meier Supply, a 100% employee-owned HVAC/R distributor, seeks a Training Specialist to develop and deliver technical training programs for staff and customers in the Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse region.

You will design curricula, present content using live and virtual methods, and collaborate with branch managers to ensure high-quality training across locations. Travel up to 75% is required, with strong emphasis on customer-facing training and LMS administration.

Qualifikationen

• HVAC knowledge and experience required.
• Minimum of a 2-year technical degree; a 4-year degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training plans.

Aufgaben

• Plan, develop and provide employee training programs using in-person and virtual methods.
• Design and implement training for Meier customers across locations.
• Present information using simulations, team exercises, and role playing.
• Coordinate speakers/topics for Meier University.
• Monitor, evaluate, and document training effectiveness.
• Maintain and upgrade training content and labs.
• Provide technical support to sales staff and customers via phone and email.
• Travel up to 75% within the Rochester region.
