Travel up to 75% within the Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse region is expected. The role emphasizes HVAC expertise, at least 2 years of training experience, and strong communication.

Qualifikationen

• HVAC knowledge and experience required.
• Minimum of a 2-year technical degree; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience providing technical training.
• Experience designing, developing, implementing and evaluating training plans and curricula.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the audience in mind.

Aufgaben

• Plan, develop and provide employee technical training programs using in-person and virtual methods.
• Design and implement training for Meier customers across locations.
• Present information using simulations, team exercises, and role playing.
• Coordinate speakers/topics for “Meier University” and monitor training effectiveness.
• Maintain LMS content and ensure up-to-date delivery of training materials.
• Collaborate with branch managers and sales teams to align training with company goals.
