Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide phone, email, and in-person technical support for HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Assist contractors, technicians, and customers with troubleshooting issues.
• Review model numbers, wiring diagrams, manuals, submittals, and specs to guide guidance.
• Identify replacement parts and appropriate equipment options.
• Support field technicians with diagnostics, startup questions, and service recommendations.
• Conduct technical training for contractors, dealers, customers, and internal staff.
• Document customer interactions, issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with vendors, warranty departments, sales teams, and branch staff to resolve complex issues.
• Stay current on HVAC products, codes, refrigerants, controls, and emerging technologies.
• Escalate unresolved or high-risk issues to manufacturer or leadership.
