Qualifications

  • Valid Kentucky driver’s license and Refrigerant Transition & Recovery Certification (Type I/II).

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, repair, and install HVAC equipment including compressors, condensers, chillers, and pumps.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and service of boilers, heaters, and air conditioning units.
  • Repair/replace defective parts and controls such as thermostats, valves, sensors and relays.
  • Maintain records of time, labor, and materials; prepare reports as required.
  • Demonstrate loyalty and dedication to the District's goals.
