Job summary

Ultipro is seeking an HVAC Service Support Specialist to provide technical support to contractors, distributors, engineers, and end users for US domestic product lines. This role handles pre and post-sales support via telephone and email, with emphasis on problem solving and accurate communication.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in HVAC field or technical support, with installation/repair experience preferred, and must be able to work on-site in WALLER, TX.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in HVAC field or technical support
• HVAC installation and/or repair experience strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or GED; vocational certs preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous responses to calls to the Technical Support Center hotline
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support via telephone and email
• Assist reps, distributors, and contractors with troubleshooting and equipment selection
